OTR did amazing work on my old house. They replaced the roof, siding, and gutters on the home and on the garage... and did an excellent job! Jeton took the time to explain what had to be done and why. He is also hands on as his staff proceeds. His crew is super efficient and they work very hard. This project was completed during some of the hottest days in June. After the install, they also cleaned and removed any extra materials. Outstanding job!
We just got the roof replaced yesterday and we are very happy about it. Definitely will recommend OTR Home Improvement, Inc to neighbors and relatives. Similar experience of a lot of other reviews. Jeton clearly explained the details of how his company would complete our project. He is friendly, honest, professional, and the project estimate was fair. The crew completed the job essentially within one day, everything was nicely done, and they cleaned up all the garbage on front lawn/backyard as if nothing happened. We are extremely satisfied. Thank you Jeton and crew.
OTR was great to work with. Jeton was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. OTR did a full roof replacement, chimney repair, and gutter installation for us. The end result looks fantastic and we would recommend their services to anyone for roofing.
OTR completed a full roof replacement on my home. This included complete tear off of old roof and installation of new roof. I have a flat roof which required special knowledge and materials. Jeton was very knowledgeable and professional. He took me through step by step was needed to complete a proper job. Jeton and his crew were always on time and polite and completed the job as described. I did get a few quotes and it Jeton was in the right ballpark. I'd say OTR is not the cheapest, but Jeton is a perfectionist and I feel confident his work is done right and will reduce headaches from me in the future (and that's priceless!).
OTR owner was amazing. I live in AZ but the miles didn't make a difference because of the diligence of Jeton who provided me with pictures throughout the roof installation from start to finish. The workmanship was professional and beautifully done. I truly have peace of mind and for this I am thankful for choosing OTR. I highly recommend OTR as your company of choice.
Jeton and the crew at OTR did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. Jeton made excellent suggestions for taking care of a tough area of my roof that had leaked more than once over the last 20 years. His crew was right on-time each day and the area was completely cleaned up when they left. I needed the work done on my spring break and they got it done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.
